Tosha Franklin (AKA Miss. Purple Heart). She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, she loves to dance to relieve stress and spend time with her two daughters, family, and loved ones.

She has her BSHS Degree; specializing in the homeless population, visually impaired, autism, and special needs. She is currently going back to college to finish up her last four prerequisites before her Doctorate at SCNM for Naturopathic Medicine/Medical Doctor.

She has eighteen years of experience providing administrative support/ personal assistant. Thirteen Years experience as an Event Coordinator/Project Manager, Administrative HR Onboarding, and Brand Ambassador Manager and Lead. Her career goal is to provide guidance, assistance, and empowerment to individuals.

She wants to help people discover their full potential and to believe in themselves. Her strengths can be found in her ability to overcome obstacles and assist others in meeting challenges they face both personally and professionally. She prides herself on being a highly dependable and flexible team player.

Two fun facts about her: She has never been out of a job longer than three months, since starting her working life at the age of sixteen. Second fun fact: She has worn purple every day for the last thirteen years… For her, it represents a constant reminder that she is here for a reason and to always be thankful for every little thing. She believes in truth and understanding and that we all have so many gifts to give to the world.
